Aged and Disability Services

Goulburn Mulwaree Council offers a number of Community Services to residents of the local government area. The McDermott Centre is the base for community services offered by Council.

Services include -

Respite Services
Offers centre based respite care for frail aged persons with centre based meals, social morning teas and activities during the day.
Leisure Link
A recreation program which aims to provide and promote independence and community integration for people with a physical or intellectual disability aged between 15 and 45 years.
Neighbour Aid
A program of community support and assistance to elderly, disabled people in the Goulburn Mulwaree area.
Community Transport Provides transport for frail aged people, younger people with disabilities carers and people living in rural remote areas who may be transport isolated.
