Interflow’s $1 million sewer jet truck in operation in Chatsbury St, Goulburn. So far it has removed some 50 tons of debris from 2km of mains pipe.

A specialised truck worth nearly $1 million has been cleaning out some of Goulburn’s busiest trunk main pipes – and hasn’t wasted a drop of water doing it.

Some 2km of large diameter gravity sewer trunk mains, from Grafton St to the Waste Treatment works, have been cleaned so far. It is anticipated that the truck will remove some 100 tons of debris from 3.6km of pipe by the time the project is completed.
