04 Local Environmental Plans

In this section there are two Local Environmental Plans listed. This is due to Council boundary adjustment. Both Plans are relevant to the Goulburn Mulwaree Council area.

The Goulburn Local Environmental Plan 1990 (as amended) is related to the former Goulburn City Council area and Mulwaree Local Environmental Plan 1995 (as amended) is related to the portion of Mulwaree Shire Council area that is now part of this Council.

Also contained in this area are the State Environmental Planning Polices (SEPPs) that are relevant to each Local Environmental Plan.

The Council is now in the process of preparing a new Council Strategy Plan which will be called Goulburn Mulwaree Strategy Plan 2020. Expressions of Interest have been called for preparing the Strategy Plan and further details will be posted when available.
